Once you have filled out our trip form we start with a complimentary consultation call. This allows us to listen to your wishes and motivations. We want to get to know you and understand what would make your trip outstanding.

This is where the fun starts and where we start to curate and design your personalised journey. We will present you with a tailored mood board based on your preferences - take your feedback and modify until it suits your unique style

BOOK
Once you are happy with the mood board and final quote, it is time to secure and book all arrangements. We will make all the bookings to ensure a seamless experience. We will assist with all logistics, activities and excursions.

BON VOYAGE
The mood board has now turned into a bespoke itinerary with all the details you need. It’s time to pack your bags and hit the holiday! Ps - any issues along the way or any modifications needed - we are here to help.
FEES
All our trips are uniquely curated for each and every one of our clients. We pride ourselves with having an exquisite attention to detail, the love for research and to go the extra mile to give you the best experience. With our extensive networks and partners we are well connected and able to access amenities that give you extra treats and insights.

Our planning fee starts from £300 (total) for 1-6 people. The planning fee is non-refundble and paid upfront.

If you know what hotel and what dates you would like to travel, we are happy to book it for you - free of charge. We can access hidden availabilities and you will be able to take advantage of our VIP amenities like upgrades, spa-credits, complimentary breakfast and much more where available.
